James ‘Jamie’ N. Lopiccolo, CPA, CGMA
Founder & Client Advisor
Jamie is the proud founder and managing member of the CPA firm, Capocore Professional Advisors, located in downtown Lake Orion, MI. Jamie leads the firm’s advisory practice providing a proactive approach to serving the firm’s business and individual clients. By leveraging the use of technology and cloud computing he is able to keep the firm competitive and relevant to the changing business environment.
In his over 35+ years of public accounting experience, Jamie has worked in the areas of business advisory, tax and accounting for a multitude of industries including, contracting, manufacturing, medical, professional service companies and real estate.

Regina Nock, CPA
Principal & Client Advisor
As of January 2021, Regina Nock, with over 20 years of professional experience, has merged her practice, Nock Accounting & Tax, PLC, with Capocore Professional Advisors and assumed the position of Principal at the firm. She manages the client accounting services area of the practice along with performing tax engagements and providing business advisory services. Her background includes work in both the public and private sectors and spans a variety of industries in roles ranging from staff accountant to controller.
In her free time (outside of tax season, of course), she enjoys genealogy, gardening, cooking, riding her motorcycle, and traveling about the United States.

Principal
Having successfully led Knox Accounting for over two decades, Lauri continues her commitment to her clients as part of the Capocore team. With over 25 years of experience in individual and business financial strategy, she holds Enrolled Agent (EA) and Accredited Business Accountant (ABA) credentials and maintains active memberships with the National Society of Accountants and the Independent Accountants Association of Michigan.
Outside the office, Lauri is a dedicated advocate for breast cancer awareness, frequently participating in fundraising walks for cancer research.

With several years of experience in full-service accounting, Josh specializes in QuickBooks setup, bookkeeping optimization, and seamless payroll management. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, he works closely with clients to keep their finances accurate, organized, and running smoothly.
Courtney Bloomgren
Client Coordinator
Since joining Capocore in 2018, Courtney has served as a cornerstone of our administration team as Client Coordinator and Biller. Holding a business degree along with extensive management experience, she excels at building lasting client relationships and guiding business owners through financial processes with confidence. Outside the office, Courtney loves spending quality time at home with her husband, two daughters, and their beloved pets.
Crystle Burch
Office Manager
Crystle plays a central role in our day-to-day operations, serving as a primary liaison for clients while providing essential tax processing support. From greeting clients to assisting with tax preparations, she keeps our team organized and our clients supported.
Dellena Jeffrey
Bookkeeper & Payroll Associate
Dellena has been a long-standing, trusted member of the Knox Accounting team, bringing years of dedicated service to her role as Bookkeeper and Payroll Associate. She specializes in managing client payrolls, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Dellena’s long tenure and detail-oriented approach reflect her deep commitment to reliable, high-quality client support.
Megan Kelly
Tax & Technology Associate
A valued member of the Capocore team since 2021, Megan serves as an Operations & Tax Associate. Backed by a degree in Technological Sciences focused on data management and a background in Higher Education Administration, she plays a key role in streamlining internal systems and supporting client tax operations. Outside of work, Megan enjoys camping, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors with her husband, seven children, and two dogs.
Alexis Lopiccolo
Bookkeeper
Alexis leads Capocore’s visual brand as our In House Graphic Designer while serving as a Bookkeeper for the firm. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media alongside her Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification, she combines creative strategy with sharp financial precision. Away from her desk, Alexis loves attending live music shows, camping, and spending time with her pets.
Emily Parrott
Bookkeeper
Joining Capocore in March 2023, Emily brings over 20 years of experience in small business management and service advising to her role. A Rochester native and Intuit-certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she leverages her technical precision and strong organizational background to provide our clients with reliable bookkeeping solutions. In her free time, Emily enjoys baking, gardening, and exploring Michigan with her husband.

Jennifer brings years of high-level management experience to her role as Firm Coordinator & Office Manager. She leads our day-to-day office operations, orchestrates cross-team workflows, and ensures our firm operates smoothly and efficiently.
