Starting February 21, 2025, all Michigan businesses with one or more employees will be required to provide paid sick leave under the Earned Sick Time Act (ESTA). This law applies to all employers, regardless of size, and introduces new compliance requirements that businesses must be prepared for.

To help our clients and fellow business owners navigate these changes, we are hosting two informational Zoom sessions on Friday, February 7th, at 10 AM and 3 PM. These sessions are designed for small businesses with fewer than 25 employees and will cover:
